A few years after being in business, a customer refused to pay his final balance. Shortly after, I found out that he had already done this to 3 other contractors on the same remodeling project. It was only $600, but that would have paid for over 60 years of membership to this site and saved me 1000's of dollars on the the last two customers that did the same thing!
